ASC Service Rifle & Zombie Match will take place this Saturday, January 12th @ 9am…

It’s going to be a bit cold and cloudy, but should be a nice day to shoot some rifles. If you got that old rifle you been wanting to shoot, or a new one for Christmas, bring them out.. Where are open to all…

ASC’s Service Rifle & Zombie Matches are open to all ASC members, guest and anyone wanting to shoot Service Rifles, High power rifles, Traditional rifles, Modern sporters and practice for the coming Zombie Apocalypse!…

Event will take place on the on the 100 Meter Range
Check-in will begin at 8:45 with safety brief at 9:00. followed by the relays
Match fee is $5.00 for members and $10.00 for non-members.

You don’t have to be experienced at rifle competition to shoot in our rifle matches. The atmosphere of this shoot is accommodating and friendly, and nobody is ever treated like “the new guy” – this is a shoot where everyone fits in. If you need some information, or even some extra instruction, there are plenty of qualified people willing to help out.

The event is expected to be over by noon but actual completion time is based on the number of competitors.

It’s that time of year again, Time to meet and speak with our Virginia Legislatures about issues and rights that face us.

The ASC wants to encourage all of our members to attend the VCDL rally in Richmond on Monday, January 21, 2019 at 8 AM – 2 PM

The Virginia Citizens Defense League (VCDL) is at the forefront of protecting your rights in Virginia and we encourage all of our members to support them as much as possible.

Many folks have asked about our defensive pistol program, and we’ve had lots of interest shown. Our previous match director stepped down from the position. Bowling Pin Matches

Yes gentle shooters,

This Saturday, December 1st. a day that will not live in infamy, will be you last chance to shoot bowling pins at the Airfield match until April 6, 2019. Yes, that does sound like a long time to wait. So, yes, you should come out to the range this weekend and shoot bowling pins with all of your friends. We will be there at 9:30 to greet you. If you would like directions to the range or to brush up on the rules, you can find all of that good stuff at www.airfieldshootingclub.org. If you have specific questions, we have an assistant chief pinhead you can contact at [email protected]. He isn’t all that knowledgeable, but he is friendly enough and hey, you can’t smell bad breath in an email. right?

We are winding down to the end of our season. November and December mark the end the bowling pin shooting calendar until April of 2019. This Saturday, November 3rd will mark the second to the last match of the year.  Join your friends or make new ones at the Airfield Shooting Club Match at our range in beautiful Wakefield, VA.
