On July 18, 2026, the Airfield Shooting Club will be holding its annual ASC Election Meeting and Breakfast for all active ASC Members. The Election Ballot can be viewed here: Election Ballot – 2026 We will meet in the Airfield Center’s Point Yancey Conference Room (see map here for location: Elections Meeting Map, with breakfast being served at 8:30 a.m. Breakfast is paid for by the ASC for all ASC Members active and in good standing. Please note that family or guests accompanying Members will not be paid for by the Club. After breakfast, ASC President and other Board members will address Club matters. We will then hold the election to choose the new ASC Board.  All active Members will be eligible to vote.  We encourage all members to participate. Please RSVP if you intend to participate (no later than July the 8th) to [email protected]

If you have not renewed your membership, now is the time! Once you renew, your membership card will be sent out to you. If are not wanting to renew your membership, please notify the Secretary at [email protected].

It’s that time of year! Membership renewal invoices will be sent out beginning April 7th. There is a work party on April 6th for those of you still needing service hours! Please keep our Treasurer happy by not making any payments until you receive an invoice from me. In the meantime, if you are NOT interested in renewing your membership, please send an email to [email protected].

The lock combinations will be changing this coming Saturday, May 18th by mid-day. If you do not plan on renewing your membership, please email [email protected] so we remove you from the roster. Renewals from now through May 31st will not be assessed a late fee of $25, which begins June 1st.

Membership invoices and renewals have already been sent out via email. If you have not received your invoice, please check your junk or spam box. New membership cards are being sent out immediately upon receipt of payment. If you will not be renewing, let us know. Thank you!

Please do not make any payments unless you have been asked to do so. This will help us avoid any confusion. We appreciate your help in this regard.
