From the Board:
“Members, do not submit any payments for 2026 dues until you get an email from the secretary telling you how much you owe. If you submit payments before those emails go out they will just be returned to your card and you will have to pay again when the bill does go out. If for any reason you think you have a bad email on file then contact secretary@airfieldshootingclub
If you suddenly find your email and realize you never paid 2025, contact the secretary BEFORE submitting any funds. At best, your amount will be wrong because it did not include the late fee and if you waited too long you may have to go through a different process to renew. Any funds you send prior to conversation with the secretary will be returned to the card you made the payment on and you will have to go through the repayment once you have the correct amount.”
