With the recent snowstorm dumping over six inches of snow on the range, construction of the wall is delayed.
The range floors of both the 50 and 100 meter ranges are a muddy mess as a result of all the earth moving and the rain and snow.
They have already had one truck mired up the axle and the contractor still needs to get the majority of the gravel delivered and installed.
Then everything needs to be graded and finalized, not to mention the inspections after completion.
With this is mind the Board has decided to extend the closure of the 50 and 100 meter ranges until the 20th of February. The skeet range is still open for use.
We are keeping a close eye on progress and if we can open it any sooner we will post the message here on the website and alter the dates on the calendar.
