Hello ASC Members.
The 2016-2017 membership year is coming to a close. There are a few things you may need to do.
If you have perform some / any kind of service for club this past year.. Please email the secretary!
Include your Name, Member #, Date and about how much Time you spent.
This will help with calculation and processing your membership dues come March..
If you need to find out your service hours.. contact the Secretary ( email@example.com )
There will be a Work party in March if you need to get hours in. More details to come.
ASC Safety Memorandum..
Have you signed and sent in the memo?.. You will need to have this done in order to renew your membership.
( This does not apply to members that joined after July of 2016, as the range rules and safe practices where updated by then )

Renewals will go out the 3rd week in March. not before.
Most will go out via email, so keep an eye on your inboxes or your spam box..
( Unless you have told the secretary you wanted it via U.S. mail )
